Refund policy

Refunds will apply to packages that have been damaged from shipment and are not deemed operational by Karyoku.uae and its suppliers.

Refunds will apply to products that have been deemed "discontinued" as per the manufacturer should a late notice arise.

Refunds for ECU Tuning and for Paid Dyno sessions do not apply.

Refunds are not applicable to items with Warranty as a replacement item is provided on selected products only.

Refunds are not accepted for damaged products used beyond their designed tolerance levels , special orders or custom orders from Karyoku.uae and its suppliers
