AMS Performance High Mount Intercooler | 2017+ Ford F-150 & Raptor 2.7L / 3.5L EcoBoost

AMS Performance High Mount Intercooler for 2017+ Ford F-150 and F-150 Raptor 2.7L / 3.5L EcoBoost applications. The high-mount design relocates the charge-air cooler behind the upper grille, freeing the lower bumper opening for winches and frame-cut off-road bumpers while substantially increasing intercooler core volume.

• CAD-designed cast aluminum end tanks

• Cast outlet tube with integrated blow-off valve mount
• Compatible with the factory BOV or Turbosmart VeePort
• Drain plug at the low point for easier servicing
• Massive gusseted 1 inch 304 stainless lower support bar
• 304 stainless upper support bracket

Important Installation Notes

• Connects to the factory intercooler piping only
• Not compatible with AMS Performance or other aftermarket intercooler pipes
• AMS states a dedicated high-mount intercooler pipe set is expected in Q1 2027
• Installation requires removal of the upper front grille shutters
• Trimming of surrounding grille duct material is required
• Aftermarket bumper fitment can vary and may require minor modification or fabrication
