Upgrade charge-air cooling on compatible Ford F-150 EcoBoost and Raptor applications with the COBB Factory Location Front Mount Intercooler. Designed as a direct-fit replacement in the OEM intercooler position, this cast-aluminum TIG-welded FMIC increases cooling capacity without requiring cutting, trimming, or permanent modification to the vehicle.

Cooling & Core Design

Approximately 70% greater core volume than the factory intercooler
Approximately 10% more cooling surface area than stock
Cast-aluminum, TIG-welded construction
CFD-developed end tanks promote smooth, even airflow and reduced turbulence
Large chamfered outlet transition helps smooth airflow into the throttle-body tube
Mates closely to the OEM shutter shroud to direct ambient air through the core
